DOGWOOD CITY GROTTO
The March campout meeting will be held at Caver's Paradise with The Sewanee Mountain Grotto. Camping will be available both Friday and Saturday nights and will be $5 per night. RV spots are also available and those details should be communicated with Maureen Handler. If you are interested, please reach out to her or one of the board members.
There will be led caving trips on Saturday and Sunday, and there will also be a work day on site to help Maureen with some odd jobs on the property. Some of those jobs include blowing leaves, spring cleaning, and pressure washing. If you would like to help out, come prepared to work, and bring any tools you think would be useful.
Following cave trips and the work day, there will be a potluck at 7 PM eastern time so please bring a dish to share with everyone. The theme for this meeting will be St. Patrick's day/luck of the Irish so if you feel so inclined, dress festive. The meeting will begin around 8 pm eastern and Maureen will give a program on the Russell Cave Watershed clean up.
