If you will be arriving after hours (midnight on Thursday or Friday, 4pm on Saturday) make sure you register online. After hours, the only way to get in before the next morning is to have registered online before we closed that night. If you are driving in from multiple states away and you think you might not make it - pull over and register from your phone before midnight EST. Then it doesn't matter how late you get there - you can go right in and set up camp. Otherwise you will be stuck outside the gate till morning.

While there are no limits on the number of active NSS members, or children you may register, you are allowed only three non NSS guests.

As this is a fundraising event for the caving community, we must pass on the 3% service charge that the credit card companies require for running a transaction. This will appear as a 3% Tax on your check out.

The print and mail-in by US Mail Form for 2023 WILL BE AVAILABLE. CUT OFF FOR US MAILED-IN PRE REGISTRATION IS AUGUST 31 !
