Beginner Horizontal Trip to Sitton's Cave

Sitton's Cave is an easy, horizontal cave in Cloudland Canyon State park. There will be some crawling, stooping, and walking borehole passage with some nice formations throughout. The trip is expected to take roughly four hours give or take. You will need to bring a helmet with a headlamp and plenty of extra batteries, soft knee pads, sturdy boots or shoes, a backpack, snacks, and water. We will carpool and caravan from the campsite to the park office to sign permits and get our gear inspected. As a forewarning, they do check your gear to make sure you have everything you need and it is CLEAN for WNS purposes.
