Vertical Trip Trio Pits

This will be an intermediate vertical trip to the Trio Pits. Everyone needs to be proficient in SRT and have their own gear. We will meet at Jack's in Stevenson, Alabama and caravan from there since there will be no service at the actual location. 

The Trio Pits consists of three pits that are close in proximity of each other. The first pit is Holiday Hole (105') which is a nice free rappel and climb, and in the spring, it can have an abundance of wild flowers. The second pit is Sixty-seven Dollar Pit, an 84' drop which will be free in certain spots with some nice flowstone to see on the way down and up. On the last pit, which is the deepest at 161', you will get wet. The water is not a heavy flow but rather a steady sprinkle, so bring a rain jacket or an extra layer to ensure that you will not get cold.
